長年の交流から育んだ彼らの産み出す世界は、ポリティカルな要素が多分に含まれているのに、どこかポップ。
それは彼らの民衆音楽に対する深い愛が結晶化されているということだろう。








SINKICHI(budryukyu label / Churashima Navigator / Isatooment）
DJ / Procucer / Engineer

Born in Kyoto, Japan in 1970, SINKICHI grew up soccer mad before turning to punk rock in a rebellion against the control-orientated Japanese educational system, and as a means to highlight social issues such as denuclearization and discrimination. He has played drums since the age of 15 and been a member of many different bands. In 1990, he visited the UK where he was influenced by its rave culture and electronic music, and branched out into synthesizers, tape loops and programming. From the late 90s to the early 2000s, he released many tracks as an active member of bands famous in the Japanese dance music scene, such as SOFT and AOA. Around the same time, he started DJing in earnest and played at numerous clubs and events both domestically and internationally. 
　In the late 2000s, he moved to Okinawa and influenced by the folk music there started the label “budryukyu” and the band “CHURASHIMA NAVIGATOR” aiming to create an amalgam of Okinawan native music and electronic dance/bass. In 2015, he released a remix for “YAKAZA ENSEMBLE” from Turkey and in 2017, he toured from Thailand to Mongolia as a member of CHURASHIMA NAVIGATOR and toured as a DJ across Asia to build his fan base.
　In 2018, the long-awaited CHURASHIMA NAVIGATOR debut album “LIFE IS TREASURE” was finally released to the delight of fans. In addition, he is actively working on various projects as a mastering engineer and aka Isatooment.
　His unique and one-of-a-kind DJing style across various music genres and BPM takes audiences on a musical round-the-world trip transcending time and space. Even through playing the latest dance tracks, he gives clubbers a feeling of their roots and a means to search their souls.



J.A.K.A.M. (JUZU a.k.a.MOOCHY)
Born in Tokyo, he started playing in bands and DJing at the same time when he was 15. As a DJ, his innovative and original style has taken the world by storm, and his activities have quickly expanded from huge festivals to underground parties both in Japan and abroad. In 2003, he went on a recording tour with local musicians in Cuba. In 2003, he went on a recording tour with local musicians in Cuba, and since then he has been recording all over the world, and started his own label, Crosspoint, as a new guideline for world music.
In addition to music production, he has also produced video works, picture books and art books, and planned the outdoor festival "Jomon and Rebirth" in 2012.

In the same year, his music under the name of J.A.K.A.M. was released in analog form on the French label HardFist, which led to a live performance at the huge 30,000-person Nuits Sonores Festival in Lyon, followed by a DJ tour of Europe and Israel. In 2019, the production of MYSTICS, a unit with Marcus Henriksson and Kuniyuki of Minilogue/Son Kite, which has a worldwide following, will begin, and the long-awaited album will be released in 2021. His original vision is spreading across all genres and around the world.

QOTAROO

高校生の頃よりハウスミュージックのDJとして活動を開始。20代の頃のナイトクラブでのブッキングマネージャーの経験とBruningManの体験を経て、独学でグラフィック表現を学び始める。それ以降、クラブ・音楽カルチャーに根ざした活動を続け、れまでに様々なミュージシャン／DJのアルバムカバーや日本各地のアンダーグラウンドパーティーのフライヤーなど、膨大な数の音楽関連のアートワーク／グラフィックデザイン／アートディレクションを手がけてきた。

「QOTAROOはグラフィックアーティスト／デザイナーであり、ゼロ年代の関西のパーティーシーンを牽引してきたひとりでもある。CLUB ZINGでブッキング・マネージャーとして数々のパーティーをオーガナイズしてきた彼は、そこで得たイマジネーションをデザインに落とし込み、ダンスフロアとグラフィック・デザインを循環させている。「フライヤーやジャケットを作る時は、色をメロディー／形をグルーヴに置き換えて、聴覚から視覚への翻訳だと思ってやってる」と言う彼の言葉通り、DJが音を放つ瞬間に込められた気持ちや音の振動を、QOTAROOはとても親密に自然に表現する。「音を見る。光を聞く」。この感覚こそがQOTAROOのデザインの醍醐味なのだ。 」
